New format of airmail envelope, larger size. Eagle stamp and thin lozenges, two of same colour close together, printed in alternate colours. "Stationery Charges 30p" printed in brown on back.

Though stationery charge was printed on envelopes yet it was not realised onwards from April 01, 1995. Some post offices, however, deleted the inscription and stamped their initials as authentication.
