Overprinted value. Hour Glass 40 paisa was devalued by surcharge in red. Face value was obliterated with two horizontal bars of equal length, 6.50 mm, 1.0 mm apart. The new value was printed above 'Pakistan' in Urdu, touching frame at left. Whole overprint being 20.00 x 17.00 mm.
