New denomination depicting the Quaid with a pair of trees and slogan in Urdu "Darakht Lagana Apni Adat Banaye" adapt tree plantation as habit, in top left corner in green. Date of production expressed as 6/95, in green was diagonally inverted on lower flap above "Stationery Charge 25p". Letter "A" was printed in faint grey along edge of the right flap.
