Pakistan Post issued new postal envelop for inland post of Rs. 20/-. The photo of Deodar (National Tree of Pakistan) was used to image of stamp. The back side was used for the advertisement of Punjab Energy Efficiency & Conservation Agency printed. The local postal rate increased from Rs. 8/- to Rs. 20/-.
